Review and approval of minutes from April 4, 2012- Brian distributed draft copies of the minutes and requested a motion to approve; Carmen moved; Ricky seconded. All in favour.

1. Treasurer’s Report
Bank balance as of April 30th 2012 was $1,509.66

2. Community Police Liaison Committee
• Audrey and Bob – UJNA CPLC representatives.
• Reminder to please let police know – please phone radio room to record complaint and let street captain know.

3. Community Updates
• 10 Huntley Street – parking lot, no update
• EFTO 15 Huntley – on target, http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2010/te/bgrd/backgroundfile-32467.pdf ; Bird Construction reported that concrete would be poured early June, green roof by end of June. Hoarding down in September. Expect completion early 2013.
• Rogers – Property manager has been hired, please advise if there are any specific property current issues or concerns with the property security or issue; currently landscaping, pot holes, security all seem to be looked after.

• Casey House – Slight modification to the building will be presented to the Casey House board for review then to the city for consideration.
• School on Linden Street – up for sale, 1st option will be to identify educational interest (60 days) public option as of September
• Selby Hotel – information leaked, not official that Citizen has purchased land and plan a 47 storey condo/residential/hotel http://www.urbantoronto.com
• Bike lanes – Sherbourne Street will be done over the summer.
• Ted Rogers Way that was tentatively to be closed off has been taken off City Plans.
• Both Verve and James Cooper Mansion has representatives who have agreed to engage with their boards to understand if residents want to be part of neighbourhood; UJNA preparing a survey of interest.
